Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the MYPAY mobile application operated by MYPAY. These Terms and Conditions govern the operations of MYPAY. Your access to and use of the MYPAY App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the MYPAY App, you agree to be bound by all these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions you may not want to use MYPAY

MYPAY Wallet Services

All MYPAY services found in the MYPAY App are available only to existing MYPAY account holders and are likewise governed and covered by the Terms and Conditions of MYPAY. Your use of these services shall be bound to all Terms and Conditions as listed herein and subject to your acceptance and compliance.

Potential links to other web sites

Our service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MYPAY. The MYPAY Privacy Policy only applies to this application. When you link to websites you should read their own Privacy Policies. As being third-party links, MYPAY has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, Privacy Policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that MYPAY shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes of Terms & Conditions

MYPAY reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide notice at least 30 days prior to any new Terms and Conditions taking effect.

Rights and Obligations of the User

The user of the MYPAY App is responsible for keeping the passcode confidential and shall not show it to any other party. You also shall not disclose your passcode to any agent. We are not responsible for any damages and losses due to a misleading application of the passcode by the user. Compensation cannot be claimed from us. In case of a stolen mobile device you may immediately contact the MYPAY customer service. You are prohibited to use our service for any illegal, fraudulent or criminal purpose, which includes money laundering and terrorist financing. You are required to have enough credit on your MYPAY Account to complete a requested transaction. MYPAY has the right to decline transactions that are requested by you with insufficient credit. Your information provided to us when registering shall be true and comprehensive. In case of discovered findings of incorrect and incomplete information by you, we are approved to call off your utilization of the MYPAY service. Any related costs and expenses may be paid by you.

Transaction Limits

MYPAY can impose lpimits on transactions and account balances in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Myanmar or MYPAY´s own policies.

Service Fees

MYPAY shall charge fees for using our services in accordance with our Fee Schedule. This Fee Schedule may change from time to time. You agree to pay these fees and charges and agree that MYPAY may deduct these fees and charges directly from your deposit funds.

Termination

You may terminate your access to the MYPAY App and Services at any time by giving us a written notice. MYPAY reserves the right to close your account, at its sole discretion and anytime, for any reasonable cause. This may include, but is not limited to, that the user defied any user obligations stated in MYPAY´s Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy

MYPAY is ensuring that your privacy is protected. In case we ask you to provide certain information of you when using the MYPAY application, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Statement may be updated from time to time. We may collect, store and use any information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering yourself on our MYPAY App. The kind of information that we collect may change from time to time. We mainly require your personal information to manage the customer account, monitor quality and security of the network and understand your needs in order to provide you with better service, including for marketing purposes. All personal information are protected and governed by the MYPAY App Privacy Policy. Personal information submitted to us via the MYPAY App will be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

Disclosures

We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, partners and agents if reasonably necessary for the purposes set down in this Privacy Policy. Moreover, we may disclose your personal information to the extent that we are required to do so by law or in connection with any (prospective) legal proceedings. Personal information may also be disclosed in order to exercise or defend our legal rights. Otherwise we will not provide your information to third parties.

Data security

We are ensuring that your information given to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have introduced suitable electronic procedures to secure the information we collect.

Rights and Obligations of the agent

Agents are required to follow the regulations that are stated in the contract between the agents and MYPAY. Agents will be responsible for any damages, costs or losses caused by agents´ misuse of the obligations stated in the agreement with MYPAY.
